Buying a home is usually the largest single purchase you will make in your life. Thats why it is so important to make sure you do it right. I treat every client as a first time home buyer while I educate you on the entire home buying process and update you on current trends/changes in the industry.
It is very important for me to know and understand the needs and wants of my clients. Before you commit to working with me I take the time to sit down with you and analyze your needs and situation. This gives me a chance to make sure I am the best person to help you and also allows you to get to know me and how I work before you decide to use me as your agent. Your time is precious and nothing turns the excitement of home buying into dredgery like looking at dozens of homes and not finding the right one. By meeting up first, I will save you loads of time and disapoinment by finding out what you like and don’t like. That way I can go to the Multiple Listing Service with a decent knowledge of your dream home, weed out all the ones you won’t like, and present to you the best deals out there. That way you can browse through photo tours and online listings and pick the houses that you actually want to see.
I will also give you a thorough walk through of the home buying process from start to finish. Of course I will refresh your memory and guide you through each step as it comes up. I currently teach the Home Buyer Education class for the Community Development Corporation and know the process inside and out.
